“Everyone loves his own school, but ETH is REALLY, REALLY cool”

Philip Reichen and Canay Deniz are both successful ETH Zurich Alumni, living and working in New York City. They obviously enjoyed connecting with the old alma mater, while they attended the event on Artificial Intelligence “The Future is Cognitive“. It was held in Brooklyn and organised by ETH Zurich.

Philip Reichen holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering and a MSc from MTEC, ETH Zurich. Right after graduation 2009 he joined a photo-sharing platform start-up in NY as director of Product Management. A couple of years later the company was sold successfully. At ETH Zurich he was an active member at ETH Juniors. Philip is Director General of AerisMX, Mexico and Latin America, Co-founder of Deeploop, Chief Strategy Officer at FINV and  in the board of directors from ORBI S.A. de C.V.

Canay Deniz holds a MSc in electrical engineering from ETH Zurich. He joined Philip’s company after graduation as an intern. Today he is the Managing Director North America of Teralytics.
